Finished all camera input keys (mode fast/slow, pan left/right/up/down/in/out, rotate left/right/up/down, car first/last).

Added game speed down (slow game speed) to go with game speed up and reset.

Added key for changing the weather, changing switches with the mouse and uncoupling with the mouse.

Next UserInput command types: Modifier (just shift, control, alt) and ModifiableKey (normal Key but ignores some of shift, control or alt).

Unknown command: define

All depreciated methods removed from UserInput.

Camera speed of movement and rotation all normalised.

Create UserSettings class for loading and storing all the user's settings.

Use UserSettings across Simulator and Viewer3D code.

Update startup code to include more information and a cleaner layout.

George- I have also added a couple of new warnings in the CV parsing.

I don't know how you want to handle those errors, so I've just added logging messages.

Added DataLoggerEx.cs to RunActivity/Common.  The DataLoggerEX class allows a user to have multiple loggers with different file names.
