Updating build paths.

Adding more update speeds.

Major reworking of XP compatibility, including new native call for getting SystemCache size.

Added context menu to bar chart to select update speed (1s, 1m, 1h) and toggling history/tree (left-click still works).

Fix repaint issue with labels and history when resizing the window.

New display of historical memory usage - click the bar chart at the top to toggle. Stores and shows 1px line versions of the bar for each past minute, up to the size of the window/1024px.

Fixes for performance counters used on XP.

Display all sizes (Value, Change) as MB only, with no decimal places, so visual inspection reveals changes better.

Swap standby core and normal priority memory around - core is priority 7-6, normal is 5, reserve is 4-0.
