Save window positions. Defaults as before; new Save function for UserSettings, only used to save the window positions but could be used to save anything/all things.

Fix for mouse actions in other windows affecting OR (e.g. right-click drag rotates OR's view).

Add Shift/Control modifiers to mouse rotation speed and reduce normal speed.

Change mouse cursor to always disappear, even when popups open.

Modified Dynatrack.cs to introduce a new hierarchical level in the track profile.  The new level called LOD collects all of the LODItems with a common CutoffRadius together.  An LOD has one attribute: CutoffRadius.  Input of STF and XML track profiles from external files is temporarily disabled.  (Made corresponding changes to Wires.cs.)

Fix for particles flickering when camera is technically in one tile but is using another's TileX/Z (e.g. camera #2 or #3 with train car in one tile, camera location in another). Basically threading issue with camera's TileX/Z data.

Move code of displaying train car names and siding names to the rendering process: added a new material for displaying activity information (like train car names, etc), as well as new primitive to handle each individual information.

Improved display of car numbers and siding names: texts are aligned vertically so they do not overlap. Added a new font in the material which is medium size (14 pt).
