Preliminary implementation of showing siding names (F6) and train car numbers for player train and loose consist (F7). Added LinePrimitive and material for drawing 2D lines in general. Added SidingObj etc to read Sidings from W files and store them into sidings list. Added train height, also CarID to display.

Future improvement: adjust the placement of numbers and names so they show nicely, instead of overlapping.

Partial adhesion stability bug fix (http://www.elvastower.com/forums/index.php?/topic/13795-adhesion/page__view__findpost__p__68300). Axle.FrictionForceN changed to Axle.DampingNs bringing ability to damp WheelSlip oscillations.

Introduced TrackProfiles folder in route's root folder to hold all track profile files (.XML and .STF).  STF form will have a .STF file extension.  (Changed from .DAT.)

New adhesion model considering fictive one-big-axle dynamic model, wheel slip curve and dynamic adhesion limit.

It can be disabled by UseAdvancedAdhesion property of MSTSWagon class.

Without AntiSlip control.

Weather conditions randomized and smoothed.
