Update DM, add a choice of setting fogs in Experiments (1: smallest, 5: most), can be changed using "shift =" key. and sync it with clients in MP.

Move DM choices to "Video" in the menu option. Added two values to tune normal viewing distance and how much to lower the DM (to avoid conflict with normal tiles). Clean code for SuperElevation.
