This removes a bug where tree property was not updated when EndBlock() was called.

Hopefully, this will mean that '5' key inside views, now work properly, and consistently.

Removed .vshost. files from release Program folder

The Program folder is meant to be an image of our release package. The .vshost. files are used by the visual studio debugger and aren't required in the end-user release package.

Code Review of STFReader - This is something I have talked through briefly with Walt.

I was going to check the whole review in one go, but as some of the changes are spread across all of the code, I have now decided to commit over a number of phases, to make sure problems are found before they are compounded.

If you have any issues with the reduced STFReader interface, post on the forums, and I will do my best to address how things are being unified.
