Fix 1416908 by making sure all files (dump.csv, keyboard.txt/png) are saved to the configured logging directory (Desktop by default).

The fix for bug 1405881 in X2831 broke the value reporting so here's a better fix.

Amending missing copy of throttle and dynamic brake intervention code from MSTSLocomotive to MSTSDieselLocomotive. Minor additional localization in datalogger menu.

On save, the commands to be replayed are no more stored also in OpenRailsLog.txt, speeding up save.
