Top Command Activations
A command's activation identifies precisely how it was triggered - be it from a menu, a script, a shortcut key or the user typing it directly. For menus, the activation point includes the menu names from the top-level or context menu down to the one with the actual command on. If the command was executed on behalf of another command, "#" followed by a number is included to indicate the level of nesting ("#1" is the first sub-command).
